Royalton Wedding at Roslyn Country Club
Royalton Wedding at Roslyn Country Club
Marissa and Miguel got married on October 9th, 2011. Their special day began with an emotional ceremony at Christ the King in Commack, New York. You could tell that Miguel was having a hard time holding back tears as his beautiful bride walked down the aisle. During the creative session it was great to see the couple making each other laugh and keeping each other in high spirits.
Then we headed to The Royalton in Roslyn, New York for one hell of a party. The drinks were flowing freely and DJ Serg had everyone out of their seats for some off the hook dancing. Then a group of showgirls, dressed in sparkling gowns with giant feather head dresses, came out to join the guests on the dance floor! This to the night’s unique and exciting feel. The speeches at the reception that night ran the gamut of emotions. There was the funny which saw the best man and maid of honor betting on who would give the best speech. But there was also the touching as the mother of the bride dedicated Desiderata by Max Ehrmann to the bride’s late father. It was a special night for a great couple.
Marissa and Miguel’s feature film will be coming soon but until then we present their highlight reel, enjoy!

Wedding at Hudson Terrace in New York City
Wedding Video at Hudson Terrace in New York City | Married July 3, 2011
Jillian and Joshua got married at one of the most stylish and elegant spaces in New York City. The Hudson Terrace showcases a spectacular view of the water on Manhattan’s west side. The wedding day started at INK48 a Kimpton Hotel where the bride got ready in the company of her beautiful basset hound Lucy. Then it was time to get creative with award winning photographer Susan Stripling of Susan Stripling Photography. (Beyond being an amazing wedding photographer she has taught other photographers at WPPI – Wedding & Portrait Photographers International in Association) Susan was awesome to work with and she had us cracking up all day.
Then it was onto the Hudson Terrace for the intimate and moving ceremony performed by the bride’s grandfather. Emotions ran high under the chuppah as he shared wonderful stories of the bride as a child and reached a crescendo as Jillian and Joshua read vows they themselves had written. It was a very moving celebration. Then it was time to open up the roof and party! There really is nothing like a New York City wedding!
