Gillian and Martin got married on January 19, 2013 in Morristown, New Jersey. The day started off at two separate homes as they anxiously got ready for their big day. It was our first time working with photographer Jeff Mosier and what a pleasure….a real pro and highly recommended. We had such a great experience that we added Jeff to our who we love page a day later.
Even though Gillian and Martin got married at a church, they decided to see each other before hand at Gillian’s house. Soon after, we were all off to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Morristown, New Jersey. Right before the processional was about to start, everyone realized there were no bouquets and that they were accidentally left at the bride’s house during the morning rush. The officiant calmly explained the situation to the guests as someone rushed back to get the flowers and soon after we were on our way to a beautiful ceremony.
After the ceremony, we filmed in Morristown for a while, with the bride and groom walking the streets, getting some ice cream, and hitting Dublin Pub for a quick shot to loosen them up. Morristown has a special place in both Gillian and Martin’s heart so it was nice that we had some time to spend there before the reception.
As the night began to creep in and get colder, we headed to The Venetian in Garfield, New Jersey where we finished up with a great reception starting with their snow-themed first dance. Sit back an enjoy their highlight Reel to a song called “Run Run” by The Rival.
